When you start, you will come across a big road, follow this road until you see a window with pink and next to it, you see a tiki man from Tony Hawk Underground. Drive towards that tiki and jump into its mouth to enter a cave that leads to the tape.
But beware:
Make sure you don't have your moon gravity on and jump at the end of the tunnel in the cave.
