To obtain the Fierce Deity mask in Majora's Mask, you need to collect all masks. Do not talk to him. Once you have all the masks, interact with the other four boys. They will ask for your masks. Don't worry, you'll get them back as long as you don't turn off the game. Next, they will suggest playing hide and seek one by one. After the game, you will be left with only the Zora mask, Goron mask, and Deku mask. Now, talk to the boy who was sitting alone against the tree. He will notice you have no masks left and will give you one of his masks, which is indeed the Fierce Deity mask. It's the most powerful mask you can obtain. This boy will also want to play, claiming to be part of the game, but he is actually the final boss. Once you defeat him, make sure to watch through the credits, as the game only saves after that. When you resume playing, you will have all your masks back along with the Fierce Deity mask. Place a bomb where it starts vibrating, revealing a hole in the ground. Defeat the zombies and a chest will appear containing a rupee worth 200 rupees!

You can perform various funny tricks with Gossip Stones in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition:

If you hit it, it tells you the time.

With the Mask of Truth, it sometimes gives you useful information.

Playing the Song of Storms will summon a Great Fairy that also replenishes your magic.

Playing Zelda's Lullaby will summon a fairy.

Hitting it with your hammer will flatten it. (I wonder how that happens? :D)

Hitting it with the hookshot will make it shake.

Placing a bomb next to it will make it shoot off like a rocket.

Shooting a fire arrow at it will make it spin rapidly and stretch out.

Link like Spiderman? It's possible! When you're an adult, head over to Kakariko Village and launch yourself from the tall tower onto a roof. This way, you can quickly get to the other side of the village. It's almost like Spiderman shooting his longshot XD.

When you head to Death Mountain in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition, you'll often receive the advice to bring a better shield along. If you've spoken to the soldier at the entrance of Death Mountain, you can even pick one up for free at the Market! But if you don't feel like making that whole journey, you can also find one in one of the graves at the Graveyard.

In The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition, when you're at the ancient castle of Icana and have to fight the king's lackeys, make sure to use the Bremen Mask. This will make them start dancing, giving you great opportunities to attack.

Head over to the graveyard in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition. In one of those graves, there's a hole. You'll encounter the spirit of Dampe there, and you'll have to race against him. If you emerge victorious, you'll be rewarded with a Longshot!

When you click on the Ocarina of Time game, it will automatically ask if you want to create a saved file. If you are playing The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition, you need to press start, and then B, after which it will prompt you to save.
At the beginning, it will also ask if you want to create a save file.

I just found a glitch:
With that grandma being robbed by that thief, the thief will disappear to Termina Field. Be careful not to be too aggressive with hitting that thief, because then you will accidentally walk through to Termina Field and you won't get that mask from the grandma either!!! Then you'll have to redo that part (just got past it now :D).

It's fun but not very practical in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition; keep hitting the chickens all the time, they'll get angry and keep attacking you until you're dead.

If you hit animals with your hookshot (or longshot), they turn blue and get stunned. You also get pulled towards them in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition!

If you don't have the Gerudo membership card yet in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition, you can shoot Gerudos with your bow and arrow. In other words, goodnight Gerudos! PS: They only sleep for a while (quite long), but they do wake up again!

As adult Link, head to the lost woods in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition. Look for a skull kid and take him out with the Megaton Hammer (from the Fire Temple). He'll drop an orange rupee worth 200 rupees.

To earn a lot of rupees in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition, you need to catch a fish in a bottle in a cave or near the Zoras. Then, head to the guy in town who asks if you want to show him something. Drop the fish in front of him, and he will pay you 100 rupees. You can do this as many times as you want, so remember where you found the fish!

Are you doing the Kafei and Anju side-quest? Then this glitch might come in handy!
Make sure you're almost done, and for one of the final pieces you need to go to Sakon's Hideout in Ikana Canyon. You have to be there on the third day, at 6 PM. If you're not there, Sakon won't show up anymore, but no worries! With the glitch, you can always get in, even if you're not following the side-quest!
How does it work? Well, simple: On the right side of the big stone blockade, there's a small gap. Roll against this gap. If you don't succeed, try again. It's not that difficult at all. If all goes well, you should jump through the wall and enter the entrance. If you just jumped, you need to steer a bit to the left. If you don't do that, you'll fall and end up back at your starting point. You can also use this to save time. I've done it myself a few times already!

When I wanted to play the 'song of time', I didn't play 'right, A, down, right, A, down' (song of time) but 'down, A, right, down, A, right' and then time went super slow.
ps: I discovered it by accident.

Every time you acquire a new song in the game (The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition), you don't need to write it down or memorize it; it's conveniently stored in your start menu.

When you're in the great fairy location in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition, head towards the triangle. If you play a teleportation song, choose to go there. You'll teleport away but you'll hear the fairy laughing.
...It serves no purpose but it's still fun.

Go to the Temple of Time in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition, stand on that thing with all the diamonds on it, play Zelda's Lullaby, and then leave. He will stay at the Temple of Time.

Complete the ice temple and head to the place where all the Gorons are, but stay outside. Walk past it and you will now see a sort of cave that was frozen last time. Talk to the big Goron at the end of the corridor and he will give you a bomb.
Then go to the place with all the wolves, you will see a path leading upwards at the end. Follow the path and then open the rock at the end to enter. Talk to the baby Goron there and win the race, then you will receive golden dust.
Next, go to the mountain village and enter the house. You must be there on the 1st day during the day, not in the evening. You need to have 100 rupees, then talk to the big man behind the counter and he will ask for 100 rupees. Fast forward the day [the song goes like this: right right a a down down 2x and you have to play the song 2x in a row].
Then you have to pick him up and talk to him again, say yes and play the same song 2x again. After that, talk to him and you will receive the gilded sword!

You will receive a reward after you have killed a certain number of Skulltulas and collected their Tokens. You will receive your prize at the spider house in Kakariko Village.
10 Tokens: Adult's Wallet (where you can store 200 rupees)
20 Tokens: Stone of Agony (your rumble pack will vibrate when you are close to a secret)
30 Tokens: Giant's Wallet (where you can store 500 rupees)
40 Tokens: Ten Bombchus
50 Tokens: Piece of Heart
100 Tokens: Golden Rupee

Skulltulas usually avoid sunlight. So, especially go out at night. You will find that you need to use your Boomerang or Longshot to collect some Tokens. You can keep bugs in a bottle and throw them in a Soft Soil for a Golden Skulltula. In the temples, you can figure out whether you need to be a child or an adult, and day or night doesn't matter.

Once you've completed the water temple, head to the golden plaque in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition. Press 'read' and you'll see: `When water fills the lake shoot for the morning light.` So, make it morning (play the sun song) and as the sun rises, shoot an arrow between the two pillars at the sun. This will make the Fire Arrows appear.

Once you've obtained the Gerudo membership card, you can freely roam through Gerudo Fortress in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition. Look for a Gerudo standing in front of a gate. When you talk to her, she will offer to open the gate to the Gerudo training grounds for a few rupees.
Give her the rupees and enter. Inside, you'll find three doors, two of which are closed. Locate the switches to open the doors and proceed inside. Behind the doors, you'll face various challenges that you must complete to obtain keys. Once you've found all the keys, go through the middle door.
Navigate through all the doors until you reach a room with a crate. Destroy the crate and activate the switch. Now, head to the room above and open the chest to find the Ice Arrows!

As Young Link, head to Zora's Domain, go all the way up and talk to the Zora at the top of the waterfall.
Pay him rupees and dive down, collect all the rupees there and go back up.
The Zora will now give you the Silver Scale, allowing you to dive for a longer duration.

As adult Link, head to the fishing pond in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition and start fishing there.
Keep fishing until you've caught a fish weighing at least 15 pounds.
Talk to the pond owner and select "weight my fish".
He will be amazed and reward you with the golden scale.

After you have completed all the temples in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition, head to the Temple of Time. Sheik will be waiting for you there.
Watch the cutscenes and Sheik/Zelda will give you the light arrows.

Go, as young link, to the market in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition. Enter the shooting gallery and shoot all the rupees to pieces.
The owner will give you the biggest bullet bag.

Go, as young link, to Goron City in The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition.
Look for a big rolling Goron, when he's in the tunnel, place a bomb in his path.
He will stop rolling and when you talk to him, he will give you the Big Bomb Bag.
