Creative gameplay with spears and fire, but disappointing graphics on GameCube
KingKong is a fun game, only the graphics (which are much higher on the other consoles for this game) were a bit disappointing to me. However, the creativity with spears, fire, and luring the animals is done very well! And another advantage: it's a shooting/adventure game and a Hack & Slash game. Because you can also play as King Kong! For dino fans, it's a bit sad: because the T-rex always gets the short end of the stick :P

Exciting gameplay with fun shooter levels
King Kong is a really fun game, especially for this price. The graphics may not be stunning, but the gameplay is truly excellent and remains thrilling. I was startled every time when suddenly a bunch of spiders crawled across the screen. The fun part is that in one of the final levels, you get to play as King Kong. Personally, I find the shooter levels the most enjoyable, but that's just more my style. Highly recommended! ;)

A very well-developed game! Fight as King Kong, which is very challenging, and play as the human character who shoots weapons, throws spears, hits with bones, and faces many dangers. The game has good graphics, maybe not as high as on other consoles, but still good. Everything is crafted into a nice whole, and you will have a lot of fun with it!

Play as both man and King Kong for double the action
King Kong is a really fun game because you get to play as a man and as King Kong. As the man, you fight against the weirdest creatures like dinosaurs and huge centipedes. You can also choose from many weapons and throw spears and bones.
When playing as King Kong, the creatures are smaller and the dinosaurs are the same size. The flying dinosaurs are easy to defeat, just like the small dinosaurs. However, it gets tougher when facing a t-rex.
As King Kong, your mission is to protect Ann.

Challenging gameplay with King Kong and various weapons
King Kong is truly a fun game, but also very difficult. Especially when playing as King Kong. Soldiers are everywhere in the city trying to kill King Kong. Choose from many guns, spears, you name it, and make your way through this island filled with the strangest creatures.

Fun game with beautiful graphics, but frustrating checkpoints
This game is very enjoyable to play and looks quite nice. The story is well thought out, so I recommend watching the movie as well.
The downside is that sometimes, after reaching a checkpoint and dying, you get stuck. You can't always backtrack, which means you can't progress in the game (because what you need is a bit behind). That's a shame, as you have to start over again and lose everything. Overall rating: 6.
